The Chateau de Mont Plaisir is a historic colonial building located within the grounds of the Sivusagur Ramgoolam Botanical Gardens in the village of Pamplemousses in the northwest of Mauritius. Entrance to the garden where the Château de Mont Plaisir is located costs around 200 MUR (approximately 5 euros) for foreign tourists. This ticket gives access to the garden and its attractions, including the Chateau de Mont Plaisir.

History
